The Irupu Falls are located in the Brahmagiri Range in the Kodagu district of Karnataka, India, bordering the Wayanad district of Kerala. It is a fresh water cascade and is situated at a distance of 48 km from Virajpet on the highway to Nagarhole.
Brahmagiri, is a mountain range in the Western Ghats of south India. It is situated on the border between Kodagu district in Karnataka state in the north and Wayanad district of Kerala state on the south . Brahmagiri Hill, at 1608 m height, is a scenic tourist attraction. The top of Brahmagiri Hill is well forested and has a lot of wildlife.
With its diversity of flora and fauna, the Nagarhole National Park is one of the best known wildlife reserves in India. The national park has over 270 species of birds including the critically endangered Oriental White Backed Vulture, the Greater Spotted Eagle and the Nilgiri Wood-Pigeon. Reptiles including the crocodiles, vine snakes, wolf snakes, rat snakes, bamboo bat viper, Russell's Viper and Indian Rock Python are also found here. Tiger, Indian bison and Asian elephants are found in large numbers inside the park.
Sri Mrithunjaya Temple is located in small village Badagarakeri in Virajpet Taluka. This temple belongs to God Shiva and popular temple locally. This Hindu Temple renewed recently and memorial of Annira J. Madappa. Sri Mrithunjaya Temple is surrounded by coffee plantation in the spacious place with a garden, and very calm place. A beautiful temple situated in a peaceful area and less crowd in the weekdays. Tourist can feel like God lives here.
Barapole river is a famous white river rafting destination in Coorg. The white frothy river with speedy waters and rapids, flowing through beautiful landscapes, makes for an ideal river rafting experience. Situated in the north-east region of Kerala, Wayanad district is the headquarters of the town of Kalpetta. This district is on the tip of the southern part of the Deccan Plateau. With high and low a hill in separate areas, this district is a sleepy one. Earlier, Wayanad was known as Mayakshetra, which turned into Mayanad, and finally it was popularised as Wayanad. Fondly known as The Land of Paddy Fields amid the native tribes of this region, Wayanad is atop the Western Ghats at an altitude of 2100m. The most attractive feature of Wayanad is the forests, which are as old as 3,000 years.
Tucked away in the hills, Glenlorna is a tea estate in Coog which is near Hudikeri town and you can reach it via Gonnikoppa or Kutta . Tea is been grown here since 1914 and like many other estates, this was a part of the British legacy too. The bungalow here are still named after the erstwhile British residents and stands surrounded by 1200 acres of lush green tea. Almost every thing here seemed to be from a different century.There is a tea processing factory also here and the tea processed here.

A great mix of natural, historical as well as religious attractions can be seen here, thus catering to all kind of tourists and making it a complete tourist experience. Mallalli Falls, the stunning milky white waterfalls, lies in the northern region of Kodagu district in the south-western Indian State of Karnataka. These falls lie 26 kilometres away from the town of Somwarpet, at the foot of the Pushpagiri Hills. The falls originate where River Kumaradhara takes a deep plunge of over 1000 metres and then follow a natural route that ends into the Arabian Sea. These gorgeous waterfalls are sure to take your breath away. The heavenly scenery with lush green forests and the clear white waters of River Kumaradhara falling deep from the point of origin of the waterfall is a marvellous sight never to be missed.
Bhagamandala is also popularly called the 'Triveni Sangam'. Tri means three and Veni mean stream - and thus named Triveni Sangam is a sacred confluence of the three rivers- the Kaveri, the Kannike and the mythical river Sujyoti. It's called a mythical river because legend says that the river Sujuyoti flows underground until it meets the sangam, and then it expands into its merry flow.
Chelavara Falls is one of the most enchanting falls in Coorg, Karnataka. These vigorous falls gush down from a height of 150 feet on a rock shaped like a tortoise. Therefore, this fall is also known as Embepare in local language which means "tortoise rock" in daily language. This huge volume of natural beauty originates from a small stream, a tributary of Kaveri near Cheyyandane village in Karnataka. Nestled amongst the serene greenery of coffee plantations, the Chelavara falls are a sight to see and a memory to remember.
